As a Blanker/Former Operator, you'll play a key role in safely operating and maintaining high-speed equipment while ensuring quality blanks are produced efficiently and consistently. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting problems, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, this is an opportunity to grow with a brand-new operation from the ground up! Available Shifts: 7:00am - 7:00pm 7:00pm - 7:00am (includes $2/hour shift premium)Pay starting at $21.07 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more! Manufacturing or print experience preferred Level II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training Level III: 3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery.
