Computer Repair Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Repair Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Computer Repair Technician, you will be an integral part of the IT Support Department, collaborating closely with the technical support team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of computer systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Location: Florence, KY

Pay Range: $26/hr

What's the Job?

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems and peripherals
• Perform repairs and upgrades to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, both in person and remotely
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software solutions

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in computer repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are preferred
