Providing part-time fixed-term support, the Digital Marketing Associate will manage website maintenance, quality assurance, and reporting production while collaborating with various teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Conduct website quality assurance and document results using established checklists Make pre-approved updates in the content management system and support marketing site backlog items Produce recurring reports and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and quality Required qualifications One or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress Working knowledge of campaign tracking concepts, including UTM parameters Experience with data reporting tools such as GA4, Salesforce, or Tableau is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks and increased workloads
