Job Description

Apply your Japanese commercial and contract law expertise to help evaluate how AI systems respond to real legal questions. In this remote, hourly role, you will review side-by-side outputs from two AI platforms and provide structured assessments based on a standardized rubric. Key Responsibilities

• Run the same set of prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
• Compare the two responses side by side.
• Score each response using the provided standardized rubric.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.

• At least 5 years of experience practicing as in-house legal counsel in Japan.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese law, particularly commercial and contract matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.

• Remote role for candidates based in Japan.
• Hourly engagement.
• Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with potential for additional work.
• All work is subject to a nondisclosure agreement.

140 to 150 per hour.
