This position is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, order management, or customer service who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating complex operations.What You'll DoCoordinate and communicate shipping schedules for international customer orders.Monitor, allocate, and release orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.Work closely with freight forwarders to secure bookings and maintain transportation information.Prepare and manage export documentation, including: Commercial InvoicesPacking ListsCertificates of OriginShipper's Letters of InstructionReview Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, export declarations, and other shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.Partner with customer service teams and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.Track shipments, containers, and delivery status through internal and external systems.Support compliance audits and implement corrective actions when needed.Assist with special logistics and transportation projects.Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation throughout the shipping process.QualificationsExperience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping, order processing, inventory, or customer service.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.Experience supporting import/export operations.Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation management, or international shipping processes.Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations experience.Why Apply?Competitive pay at $30/hourLong-term 12-month contractOpportunity to join a globally recognized organization supporting healthcare, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing industriesExposure to international supply chain and logistics operationsValuable experience with a world-class distribution and transportation networkJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Crossville, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
